Rochelle starting working in the field of education as a special education teacher in Title 1 schools in Central Florida in 2005. From there she moved into a district training role and began to "teach teachers how to teach" and eventually became the Director of Faculty Training and Development for a teacher's college where she earned her Quality Matters certification and deepened her knowledge and application of training and development.

After earning her Doctorate degree in Teaching and Learning from Liberty University in 2014, she accepted a leadership role with a government college in the United Arab Emirates working with local Emirati students. This professional experience helped her grow her international network and provided an opportunity to transition her training and development experience more into Instructional Design.

After repatriating back to the United States, Rochelle has been solely focused on Instructional Design and Curriculum Planning. She has a successful track record creating design solutions in the fields of culinary, energy, healthcare, higher education, and military contracts. An experienced project manager, Rochelle has led the development of over 100 online courses for both corporate and non-profit clients.

Mohamed Ibrahim began his career in travel and hospitality as a Reservations Agent for Hyatt Hotels in Egypt, where he honed skills in customer relationship management and revenue optimization. He later advanced to Reservations and Revenue Assistant Manager at Viceroy Yas Hotel Abu Dhabi, managing high-profile bookings for events like the Grand Prix Formula 1, increasing occupancy rates by 20% through strategic pricing, and implementing a new reservation system that boosted team efficiency by 30%.

In the Middle East, Mohamed held key roles with Lots of Hotels by Webjet and WebBeds by WebJet MENA & GCC in Dubai. As a Sales Support Specialist, he built long-term client relationships, increasing the customer base by 8% and boosting satisfaction ratings by 15% through optimized CRM processes and operational support.

Now based in Luxembourg, Mohamed leverages his Full Stack Web Development and Scrum Master certifications to drive digital innovations in technology and project management. His work emphasizes customer-centric solutions and operational efficiency in the evolving travel tech landscape.
